The complimentary breakfast spread was satisfying and plentiful. The location was within walking distance to popular attractions and restaurants. the room had a spacious layout and was furnished with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
Our experience during Christmas was subpar. The room was cold with inadequate heating, and the staff was unresponsive to our requests for extra blankets.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful on everything we asked. We loved the big rooms with bathtubs and/or Jacuzzis and lots of furniture which made the stay very comfortable. The hotel's location to the night market was perfect, within a 15-minute walk and close to the train station. We were able to park our car in the inner garden when no spaces were available.
Couldn't fault this hotel, it exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is situated in a great location, surrounded by restaurants and shops. It is walking distance to the night market and train station. the inner garden is a nice feature for parking if there are available spots.
The air conditioning in the hallways is not functional, making it quite warm and humid.

Our room at East Coast was huge, like a small apartment with separate rooms for sleeping, lounging, and bathing. The buffet breakfast included delicious local dishes like congee and miso soup. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

We enjoyed the cozy and intimate atmosphere of the hotel, perfect for a romantic escape. the room had a spacious and comfortable bed, and everything was spotlessly clean. the hotel is located in a great area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
We were disappointed with the general maintenance of the hotel. the air conditioning in our room was not very strong, and there was a sewage smell in the bathroom.
